Referral guide
Please note you will require a referral from a GP to access MINDS and allow for rebates.
Referrers will need make a referral letter to MINDS team, and include in the referral "psychiatrist and other allied health assessment of autism/other complex neurodevelopmental disorder".
Clients under 25 can receive additional Medicare rebates under the Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorder scheme. Clients over 25 can access further allied health rebates by also obtaining a Chronic Health or Mental Health Care Plan.​
